This heritage listed Victorian mansion on 250 acres, borders the Yarra River and is set amidst established gardens dating from 1854. The luxury period accommodation and award winning Eleonore‘s Restaurant boast some of the best rural vistas in Victoria, whilst the lounges and sitting room are a showcase for fine paintings and antique furniture.

The accommodation at Chateau Yering consists of 32 suites individually decorated with different colour schemes. Word has spread quickly of the high standard of food and accommodation. The River Suite offers very spacious accommodation, with 38 square metres of space (406 square feet) plus a private outdoor area. Each suite is individually decorated and has a king-sized bed, antique furnishings and a marble ensuite with a claw-foot bath and separate shower. With its majestic ambience and an emphasis on comfort and style, this elegant room is sheer luxury. Stable Suite: Can there be anything more luxurious and romantic than a stay in a Stable Suite at Chateau Yering? With a cosy open log fire, an antique four-poster bed and a large spa bath in the marble ensuite, this spacious room offers 35 square metres (374 square feet) of pure opulence. Located in historic stable block the suite features antique four poster bed, Open fireplace, spa bath, stereo television with DVD player anda patio overlooking private gardens.

Yarra Suite: Designed with spaciousness in mind, the Yarra Suite is 48 square metres (522 square feet) in size. The luxurious bedroom offers a king-sized bed and the marble ensuite is complete with spa bath and separate shower. The generous and comfortable sitting area is complete with antique furnishings and leads out onto your private balcony with sweeping views of the Yarra Valley.

The Yering Suite is Chateau Yering‘s Signature Suite and is approximately 60 square metres (651 square feet) in size. The Yering Suite, has its own private staircase leading up to a large sitting room, is tastefully furnished with antiques and complemented with a gas log fireplace. The luxuriously appointed marble ensuite boasts a corner spa bath and separate shower, and the bedroom comes complete with an antique half tester bed and walk-in robe. The sitting room and bedroom have a balcony facing the gardens & distant hills.

The Hotel‘s two restaurants offer fine local produce skillfully prepared by Head Chef, Mathew Macartney and his team, complemented by outstanding Yarra Valley wines from our historic cellar built in 1840. Eleonore’s Restaurant is an elegant fine dining restaurant with a menu designed by our Executive Chef Mathew Macartney to delight your taste buds.
